Eldon Hutcheson

Eldon Hutcheson has been an active real estate agent since January of 1990, producing many multi-

million dollar sales years! “Hutch” as he is affectionately referred to was also associated with secondary

school education for 42 years, the last 33 years in the Boone Community School District as a teacher,

coach and school administrator. You can still find Hutch and his wife, Ann, attending multiple sporting &

community events every week. One reason Hutch has been so successful with his real estate career over
